CEO, CMO: Kevin Joyce

Kevin Joyce has more than 24 years experience in the technology marketplace. With 6 years of computer engineering experience, and 18 years in marketing and sales, he is well equipped to deal with the complexities of high-tech marketing. He has successfully developed, positioned and launched numerous products and services in roles in Floating Point Systems, as a Director of Product Marketing at Sequent, as a Director of Sales at IBM, and as Vice President of Marketing at Unicru. Kevin holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a MBA in Marketing from the University of Portland.

President & Founder: Eric Edwards

Eric has over 13 years of sales, marketing and business development experience, holding corporate sales and business development positions at WebTrends, NetIQ, Symantec and CompuCom Systems.  As a sales professional, Eric was constantly exposed to the chasm between Sales and Marketing…a chasm which dramatically (and consistently) inhibited revenue growth. After years of guerilla marketing in his territories, Eric struck out to build a marketing organization that focused exclusively on optimizing the relationship between Sales and Marketing, with a core emphasis on adopting emerging technologies to drive client ROI. Eric's professional training includes Solution and SPIN Selling.  A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Eric also holds a MBA from The University of Portland and is attending Stanford’s Executive Program for Growing Companies.

CFO & Co-Founder: Vanessa Vollum

Vanessa was a co-founder of Precision Innovations, a company specializing in helicopter avionics. While at Precision Innovations, Vanessa specialized in business development, market penetration strategies and led a team of engineers during software product testing for FAA certification. At ClearPass Systems, Inc., an international biometric security devices company, Vanessa focused on market research and pricing strategies. Vanessa is an accomplished commercial multi-engine helicopter and airplane pilot. As an MBA intern, Vanessa conducted extensive market research, locating new supply in China and Russia for North Pacific Group, a billion dollar global wholesaler of building materials and wood products. Vanessa holds a BA in Philosophy and MBA in Global Business from the University of Portland.

EVP of Sales and Marketing: Robert Moreau

Robert J. Moreau is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with experience in the development and execution of lead generation, marketing and direct response advertising campaigns for some of the countries largest brands. He was Executive Vice President-Sales and Marketing for Inside Prospects USA prior to founding RJM Direct, a full service direct response and interactive advertising firm. Robert has spoken at over 30 conferences and seminars as well as authoring many articles on sales lead generation and marketing excellence. He's a past President of the American Marketing Associations Oregon Chapter and holds degrees in both Business Management and Marketing from Portland State University.

Director of Business Development: Michael Fung

Michael has over 15 years of sales and business development success, working for some of the world’s most recognizable companies. He has held senior sales roles at Computer Associates, WebTrends, NetIQ and T-mobile where he facilitated explosive sales growth and grew channel relationships that drove sales. Michael’s formula for success is based on an old fashion sales approach; strong relationship building and understanding of his partner’s and/or customer’s business challenges, obstacles to growth and definitions for success. Key clients have included Disney, Mattel, WedMD, Sharp Electronics, Universal Studios, Carnival, UBOC, DirecTV, FOX, Toyota, Nordstrom, Homes.com, eFAX, Vivendi.

Director of Strategic Marketing: April Brown

April brings more than 15 years experience in diverse executive marketing roles. As a former CMO, Marketing Strategist and Creative Director, April has led business and consumer direct and interactive marketing initiatives for some of the world’s most respected companies, including Nautilus, Inc ., Nike, BHP (Australia), Publicis and others. Her unique client-side experience provides Rubicon clients a trusted advisor with both the creativity and practicality to accomplish their marketing goals. April has developed, managed and held leadership roles for many multi-million dollar DR budgets, has successfully brought new products to market, managed and analyzed complex databases, and led several multi-channel marketing initiatives. April holds a BA with double major in Physics and Art from Reed College, Portland, Oregon.

Interactive Director: David Straub

David Straub has been developing web-based applications for more than 14 years. His breadth of experience ranges encompasses complicated back-end systems, eCommerce engines and front-end presentations that are dynamic and multimedia-rich. David experience stems from a combination of Fortune 500 clients that includes Estee Lauder and America Online, to several high-growth startups where he facilitated infrastructure development, product development and client facing deployments. With a business degree background, David has an established history of building and leading teams that reflect his unique combination of engineering, analysis and creativity. He holds a BBA from Hofstra University, New York.
